Anne Phung Nguyen
Anne Phung Nguyen. I am an American-born Vietnamese entrepreneur living in the city of Orange, California. My wonderful husband JP as well as my happy dad Henry. The majority of people know me via my Instagram @annephung where I share my daily life, the highs, the lows and all in between. I arrived in America with my family and brothers in the year 1990. At just one and a half years old. older. I wouldn't be living my life and sharing it with you if it weren't since my parents were devoted to determination and dedication. To give them the chance to have a successful future, I focused on success and worked hard to get there. My life was set out as follows: I'd go to university, get a job in a corporation, marry and buy an apartment. Though I believed that this was the ideal definition of successful, my life was not following the strategies. The year 2013 was the year I began dreading going to my corporate job. The money and the status didn't bring me happiness- I felt like I was wasting my time in exchange for a salary but I knew that I was meant for more. I had a passion for exercising and enjoyed getting out and about with friends. as I navigated towards my new career path. I discovered my passion for personal training. This year I will celebrate my 7th anniversary. In 2014, I launched my own business. As an Asian female working in the field, we are among the few of us. In order to be an innovator in my industry and to offer quality coaching, to assist others in achieving a happier and healthier life through creating a lifestyle tailored to meet their needs and goals. Additionally, I'm committed to helping others become empowered so that they can reach their goals, pursue their passions and live the life you've always wanted to live. As my career started to flourish, I experienced the biggest loss in my life, my mother's passing away. After battling for eight years for a condition called Scleroderma, she's now resting in Heaven. I will never forget her and continue to remember her in my mind as well as my heart. It's amazing how the world gives us exactly the instruction we require, even when we don't realize that it is there. The passing of my mother has altered my life in a variety of ways. I truly believe that her death gave me the chance to start a new chapter. It was the Tet/Lunar New Year Day when she passed away. It was her time to embark on a new journey, and I got the chance to lead an enjoyable and satisfying life. In my 30's I'm alive and alert. I truly feel like I'm living my life today and not merely existing like I did in the past. My experiences are shared with my readers so that I am able to share with you my experiences as well as my words. This can help you know you're not alone. You are capable of achieving anything you want to. Therapy is necessary as is regular. Health is the best wealth. Only one life is yours. I hope you live it to the fullest.
